Advent Software moved from a slowly evolving floor-by-floor campus-type facility to a 100,000 sqft shell building to allow departments to work more closely with each other and consider future expansion. Adjacencies were a prominent feature in a design where each floor was 40,000 sqft. Cork circulation routes branch off from a central lobby on each door to support separate office cubes set away from exterior windows. Workstations are set in clusters around each office with varying density but allow for office privacy.

Key Materials: Beech veneer, Cork flooring, Suspended metal ceilings, Exposed tube steel, Acid etched glass
